Returns Policy – Space Cream Chargers

1.1 Faulty or Incomplete Items

All items returned to Space that are claimed to be faulty or incomplete will be thoroughly inspected and tested by our technicians.

• If the item is confirmed faulty or incomplete, we will process your return in accordance with our policy.

• If the item is found not faulty or fully complete, it will be returned to you, and return shipping costs will be charged to your original payment method.

• If your payment method is declined or expired, the item(s) will be held until the return carriage fee is fully paid.

Please note:

• No refunds are available on sale items or promotional/discounted products.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs on all non-faulty returns, including reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordered the wrong item

  • Item did not fit your intended use

  • Found the product elsewhere

  • Did not like the quality

  • Purchased by mistake

All returned items are sent at the buyer’s own risk. To ensure your return reaches us safely, we strongly recommend:

• Using a reputable courier

• Ensuring the parcel is securely packaged

• Clearly addressing the return to the correct Space warehouse location

We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
