Returns Policy

We want your shopping experience with Space to be effortless and stress-free. If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or not as described, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return:

1. Submit your request within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. Ensure products are new, unused, and include all original parts and packaging.
   (Note: Space cream chargers cannot be refilled.)

3. Visit our Contact Us page and provide your name, email, order number, and reason for return.

Once submitted, our team will review your request and email you a return label and instructions. After receiving your return, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to appear via your original payment method.

Important Information

• We refund or replace items damaged or lost by the courier.

• If a product is confirmed defective after inspection, we will include a replacement in your next order.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for reasons such as:
